When a veteran connects with us, our Case Manager and the veteran build a care plan together, setting short and long term goals, connecting them to community services and checking to see they are following through on the referrals made. They focus on basic needs to ensure they have secure housing, medical care, clothing and food.

When a veteran we serve moves into new and stable housing, they often do not have household items or many personal belongings. With the help of our donors, we provide - and deliver - everything needed to set up a household - furniture, household goods, bedding, toiletries, kitchenware, groceries and more.

When possible, we connect veterans with the VA ensuring they receive the benefits they are eligible for. This can often be complex and we walk with the veteran through the process.

Most of our workforce is comprised of volunteers. If you have a few free hours that you can dedicate to others, or a skill that can be shared, we will be happy to channel it in the right direction.

All cash donations are eligible for a full tax exemption. You are also invited to donate new and gently used toys, clothing, furniture, and any other items that may be enjoyed by others.
As a non-profit organization, all donations are tax deductible to the limit the law will allow. We appreciate your support via monetary and in-kind donations.
